La Bruciola

This is where baby Harry had his
very first non mama milk food: cappuccino foam.

Ever since eating handmade chocolate in this medieval alley in Castelnuovo I’ve wanted to paint it.  We looked up La Bruciola and it means The Crumb.  Isn’t that cute?  That was what the shop next door was called.  The chocolate shop was called Antica Pasticceria Fronte Della Rocca di Lenzi e Adorni.  (Lenzi and Adorni’s Old Confectionery in front of the fortress).

This is my second try painting it and it still isn’t quite right, but finished is better than perfect!
