I love Halloween.

I celebrate it all weekend long.  I made a Halloween song mix that I love so much I could easily listen to year round.  It includes lots of slow dramatic soundtrack music (mostly Harry Potter) but I usually uncheck those because Finn just loves the upbeat ones! Last night we moved all the furniture back, turned off the lights, lit his carved pumpkin and the orange lights, and danced and danced and danced just the four of us. I made us spiderweb brownies with a mascarpone web.  We had them with pumpkin ice cream…yum!

Here’s a few songs for you whittled down to what Finn and I BOTH like :)

  • Walcott -Vampire Weekend
  • Bibbity Bobbity Boo – Louis Armstrong
  • That Old Black Magic – Louis Prima
  • Ding Dong the Witch is Dead – Barbara Streisand
  • Witchcraft – Frank Sinatra
  • Every Little Thing She Does is Magic – The Police
  • I put a spell on you – Alan Price
  • Rhiannon – Fleetwood Mac
  • Double Trouble – Harry Potter
  • Witchy Woman – Eagles
  • Underground – David Bowie (Labyrinth)
  • Magic Dance – David Bowie (Labyrinth)
  • Somebody’s watching me – Rockwell
  • Thriller – Michael Jackson
